RESTOCKS

Will there be a restock on sold out product(s)?

Clan de Banlieue designs items that are unique and limited edition, they will only be released once online and instore. We almost never reproduce our products, from time to time we restock some sold-out products.

How will I know there will be a restock?

We advice you to follow us on social media and to turn on your post notification or subscribe to our newsletter. We’ll keep you updated.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

What is the delivery time?

Orders placed before 3pm on working days, will be delivered the next day.

How much are the shipping cost?

At Clan de Banlieue we offer free shipping worldwide.

How will my order be be shipped?

Your order will be shipped with DHL Parcel.

How do I check the current status of my order?

After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation by email. Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can use this number to track the shipment of your order until it is delivered.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

How do I return or exchange a product?

You can return the product(s) within 14 days. All products must be unworn and unwashed, with all original Clan de Banlieue tags attached.

When do I get my refund?

Once we receive your return package, we will send you a confirmation of receipt via email and process your refund immediately. The refund will automatically be processed via the payment method that you selected during the return process.

Can I return my online order at the Clan de Banlieue store?

Anything that has been purchased online can also be returned instore. Make sure all products are unworn and unwashed, with all original Clan de Banlieue tags attached.

PRODUCT CARE

What should I do if my product is damaged?

Please send us the product(s) along with your receipt or pass by our store. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, misuse, accident or neglect.

What are the washing instructions?

We advise you to wash the products in side out in the washing machine, not hotter than 30 degrees. Use detergent without bleach, do not use fabric softner and printed products can’t be put in the dryer.

PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept  the following payment methods: iDeal, Visa Card, Mastercard, American Express, Bitcoin ,PayPal, Belfius Direct Net, KBC/ CBC, Sofort Banking and Bancontact.

ONLINE ORDERS

What payment methods do you accept?

When you accidently filled in the wrong address during your order please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. They will try their best to solve this problem for you.

How can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately it’s not possible to cancel your order after you placed it online. You can return your order within 14 days and you will get a full refund.

I have not received an order confirmation?

It can take up to 2 hours after you have placed your order, for you to receive the confirmation email. Also check your spam inbox. If you haven’t received a confirmation after two hours, please get in touch with our customer service.
